Hey guys! Just dropping a quick blog before bedtime. I have started my "rest" week before I start Insanity next Monday. I created my own little workout program incorporating CLX's Extreme Abs plus mixing in Stretch 10 and Stretch 40 from TurboFire and Recharge from CLX. I want to just work on stretching and flexibility while I'm trying to kick this cold!
In other news, Thanksgiving is only 10 days away! I can't believe how fast this year is going! While I will not be calorie-counting that day, there are people who have to host a holiday party and may want some healthier options around... so I have started a new page in progress - Healthy Holidays.
