Lost 9.6 lbs. 5.75", 1.6% body fat and gained 1.2% muscle!
Yes, I followed the meal plan, NOT the countdown to competition one though. No cheats or alcohol for 3 weeks.
I also used Sunday as a rest day and did not do the doubles option.
