Heyyy! Well, school started up again on Monday... along with me starting the ChaLEAN Extreme program! I'm really excited about it. I was going to continue TurboFire into the 20th week but only went up to week 15 because I was too excited for a change! I think my body was craving a change. I was in a plateau and almost getting bored. I am, however, incorporating a little TurboFire into the program. I'm not doing the schedule for the hybrid, but throwing in a HIIT or Fire workout every now and then to help boost my progress. I can't wait to compare results! I posted my beginning stats in my about me section.
School is ok so far... I like my teachers so I guess that's good.... but i can already tell it's going to be a pretty hectic semester... I'm just hoping I don't fall off track. I know every semester it's so easy for me to just order pizza or take-out because I'm too busy to cook when I have piles of homework and studying to do... I'm praying that doesn't happen too often!
