Day 2 of 5 of eating a cleaner diet and I feel great! Last week I had little energy and felt like garbage from eating fast food and going out to eat. It feels fantastic to be back on track! I went to the doctor today and it was great to see that I was 20 pounds lighter since my visit last year! The nurse was very impressed with my transformation... but I'm nowhere near done yet!!

I was thinking of what goals i'd like to make for myself for October. Ultimately, I'd love to lose 5 pounds so that I can reach my original goal weight, but being on a plateau recently, I don't see that happening. Plus being so close to my goal weight, 1.25 lbs a week is a lot of weight to be losing. So instead, my goal is to cut back on as many processed foods as possible. I'd like to plan even more when it comes to snacks to take to school and work. Also, I want to have soda as just a rare treat. For awhile I was having Coke Zeros like they were nothing... not anymore! I haven't had soda in a few weeks now. Also, I'm just going to keep going strong with my Chalean Extreme program! By October 29th I will be in my 11th week of CLX! Then come November, I start the Insanity program! I'm SO excited! This is a life-long journey of mine to get in the best shape I can and to stay that way!
