Whew! It's been almost 3 weeks since I've posted! School and work have me pretty busy. Last week was my boyfriend's birthday so there were many cheat meals. We just went food shopping and I'm planning a "clean" week this week. My plan is to eat as little processed food as possible. I can't live a full clean eating lifestyle because honestly, it is very pricey to purchase healthy, organic foods in my town and also, I tend to need some convenience meals throughout the day with school and studying, but this week I'm going to try to put all excuses aside! Unfortunately, I had to spend A LOT on food, but the fridge is stocked up with veggies and I'm ready to plan some clean meals. Also, I'm going to be cooking salmon for the first time this week! I'm pretty excited about it and found some simple recipes. First try will be tomorrow night! I hope everyone is well and ready to stay on track this week and work their butts off! I'm going into Week 7 of ChaLEAN Extreme! I'm already planning to do Insanity once i'm done with this program... =)
