The results are in! Overall I lost 4 pounds and 9 inches over the 90 days [Check out my About Me page for the numbers] [More pics are up on my MFP page]. Not the most drastic changes number-wise but I can definitely see a more toned body! I'm taking a week off in-between CLX and Insanity to work on flexibility and stretching. I've been non-stop since May so a week off is long overdue! I'm currently battling a cold that came on Wednesday so I've been resting up while studying like crazy for some upcoming exams.
I hope everyone is sticking to their workouts! Don't let the holidays be an excuse to un-do all of your hard work! I plan on working hard through the holidays... but on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day there will be no calorie counting for me! lol
